Hey Mike,
You know Arizona is only a short distance from UT... our house is open if for some strange reason you get lost and take a wrong direction or something, finding yourself in a strange cactus filled, 73 degree land wherein is no water. Just thought I might make an offer! :)
hello! we met once through a mutual friend. you may not remember :) i too enjoy to travel, maybe not as much as you. i once went on a driving trip with a dear friend all the way from california to wisconsin! it was a great time and i got to see such beautiful natureous things. enjoy your amazing adventure in Gods lower country.
I love reading your blog! I am a friend of Chelsea Moon's and was actually helping her with flowers at a wedding that you took pictures at (Ashley and Josh). Anyways, she directed me to this blog and i am hooked! you have an incredible gift of photography but I am even more amazed at the pictures you paint with your words - awesome writing!
I am thoroughly enjoying gleaning your insight and being refreshed by your inspiration as you are making this incredible journey
Mike,
Paula and I love the pictures. Just about to read the blog and it seems to us you are having way too much fun. Rain,rain,rain...hampering the travels a bit? Paula and I will be going to Catalina for our 36th anniversary in June. Thanks for the preview. We have been many times above Avalon and under the kelp forests. God's grace and traveling mercies to you brother.

Robbin, thanks so much!
David, my tickets were pre-booked, but I'd love to come out later. Maybe go backpacking or camping?
Heidi, thanks so much for saying hello, I'm glad to be of some gain to you. Feel free to chime in on the posts.
George and Paula, thanks so much for stopping by to say hello. I hope you enjoy your anniversary on and under the island!
Enjoyed your blog, Mike. Makes me wish I would be young and have the energy for a trip like this - except I would want to do it with a horse drawn wagon.... Hey, maybe I am not too old! :-) On the other hand, maybe I enjoy my creature comforts too much...
God bless you and hope you have many edifying encounters along the way..
